Basic Sponsorship

Overview

Hostanote Basic Sponsorship is designed to let companies implement a viral e-marketing program using practical tools that can be implemented on extremely short timelines, without any technical expertise or cost.

There is no setup or start fee, no financial or time commitment required. Hostanote runs month to month and you can quit at anytime. If for some reason it's not working for you, quit anytime without any type of penalty or cancellation fee.

What's Included with Basic Sponsorship

Basic Sponsorship Banner

The most visible aspect of the hostanote Basic Sponsorship is the banner which is displayed in front of each album. This banner is created automatically, and is available for your immediate use.

Banner Greeting

Each banner includes a "banner greeting' like, "This hostanote is presented compliments of:" . This greeting is set by the Sponsor and can be edited from the Sponsors Portal as frequently as you would like.

Sponsor Section

The Sponsor Section of the banner typically displays your organizations name. Edits can be made from the Sponsor Portal as frequently as you would like. Attributes such as font, font size and color are preset and can not be changed.

Embedded in your organizations name is a link, typically set to your organizations website. The URL you set in the "Banner links to" field when you register can be edited from the Sponsor Portal at anytime. If you did not have an existing website, an email address can be used instead.

Co-Sponsor Section

With a Basic Sponsorship the banner includes some branding from a co-sponsoring organization (in this example it is Blackstone). The final decision of the banners layout will be with the co-sponsor. The funding provided by Co-Sponsors make it possible to offer the Basic Sponsorships at no cost.

If you have come to this site from a co-sponsors link, their branding will automatically appear in your Basic banner, otherwise Blackstone will be the default co-sponsor.

If more control of the banners look and feel is required you can purchase the Premium Upgrade to provide you complete control of all aspects of your banner.

Other Basic Sponsorship Benefits

Basic Sponsorship provides an unlimited number of albums and 10,000 album views/month.

Several other administrative functions can be performed from the Sponsors Portal including:

• The ability to review how many hostanote albums have been created and the date of their creation.

• How many times each individual album has been viewed.

• Total times your banner is viewed.

• The ability to "Block" any album with content you find objectionable.

Your sponsorship includes a screening service provided by Blackstone to ensure inappropriate content is not published. If however, an album with content that was inappropriate was overlooked, as the sponsor yourself, you can immediately click the "Block" button and have the album made unavailable for viewing.

Additionally you have full access to the hostanote support team including access to online technical support.
