Sponsors Portal

As a registered Sponsor, you have immediate access to your own Sponsor area. From there you will be able to:

See a summary of all hostanote albums created using your banner. See a list of all individual hostanote albums created using your banner. Access your Sponsor Web Buttons.

Change your Sponsor Setting. Have access to all opt-in Member email addresses (Premium Sponsors only).

Home

The Home section will show:

The total number of hostanote albums which have been created using your sponsor banner since your initial registration as a Sponsor. The total number of times your sponsor banner has been viewed in the current month. Total number of times your Sponsor banner has been viewed since your initial registration as a Sponsor.

Recent Pages - the five most recently published hostanote albums. Several other links to help you accomplish common tasks with a single click.

Sponsored hostanotes

You will see all hostanotes created to date which use your banner. (Initially this will be empty, as albums and pages are created they will be listed here).

In the example below there are seven different hostanotes:

You can:

Block an album - with a single click an album becomes "unpublished". This allows you to take immediate steps to ensure your name is not associated with anything that might be inappropriate. View the ID of each individual hostanote so they can be referred to uniquely. Hostanotes can be previewed by clicking on this number. (Private hostanotes will require the privacy key). View each hostanote title. This would likely be the most common way to identify a hostanote.

View specific hostanote dates. Specifically the date a hostanote is initially published, the date a hostanote was last updated, and the date a hostanote was last viewed. See how many times an album, and your banner has been viewed since your initial registration as a hostanote Sponsor. See how many times an album, and your banner has been viewed in the current month.

Preferred Members

This tab will display the number of members creating hostanote albums who have explicitly asked to be kept informed with information provided by their Sponsor This information is only available to those Sponsors who have purchased the Premium Upgrade.

Web Buttons

Your Web Buttons are automatically created once you register as a Sponsor.

Anyone who clicks your Web Button (which you can put on your website or include in an email) will be brought to a landing page displaying your banner, inviting that person to build their own hostanote album. All albums created from your landing page will be displayed using your banner.

The landing page links, that are built into the web buttons that you see displayed in your Sponsor Site, are unique to you.

Settings

Here you can make changes to your organization's name or greeting, redefine the target of the link from your banner, view your sponsor banner, or change your password.
